TRAINING PROGRAM
We will share with you our training and our experience in the World Cup and all the sources of knowledge that we have drawn on so that you can enjoy a “UNIQUE STAGE” and prepare optimally for your season.
6 days of skiing interspersed with technical work in free skiing and route skiing in the Slalom and Giant disciplines.
- The first 3 days we will give priority to technical work in free skiing in both GS and SL along with short stick training and/or references and we will create a "personalized warm-up" so that you can use it throughout the winter.
- The last 3 days we will do finished work with a long stick, without forgetting our warm-up.
- In the evenings; We will carry out video analysis , dry technical gesture sessions to delve deeper into the work done on tracks and muscle recovery sessions.
ALPINHOTEL BERGHAUS ****
This hotel combines warmth, tradition and luxury where you will find everything you need. In addition to having an excellent restaurant that gives us the possibility of opting for a full board with flexible lunch times.
